High-quality raw materials must meet the following conditions: high light transmittance (≥90%), no impurities, and strong impact resistance. Before production, the raw materials must be dried to remove moisture and prevent air bubbles from forming during injection molding.

 

Precision Injection Molding Process: The injection molding process is critical for dropper bottle formation. High-precision injection molding machines are required, controlling mold temperature (generally 180-220℃) and injection pressure (80-120MPa) to ensure uniform bottle transparency and wall thickness (error ≤0.1mm). The mold needs regular maintenance to prevent defects such as flash and shrinkage.

 

Precision Machining of Dropper Components: The precision of the fit between the dropper and the bottle directly affects the user experience. Droppers are typically made of PP (polypropylene) and require CNC machining to ensure the nozzle diameter (error ±0.05mm) and smooth inner wall. Installation must ensure no leakage, no jamming, and smooth insertion and removal.

 

Strict Quality Inspection Process: Finished products undergo multiple quality inspections: 1. Appearance inspection (no scratches, bubbles, deformation); 2. Sealing test (no leakage after inverting for 30 seconds); 3. Volume calibration (error ≤ ±2%); 4. Temperature resistance test (no cracking after cycling from -20℃ to 60℃). Defective products must be 100% isolated.

 

Production Environment and Hygiene Standards: A cleanroom (Class 10,000 standard) is fundamental to ensuring product sterility. Operators must wear cleanroom suits and gloves, and equipment is disinfected with alcohol before each batch. Anti-contamination measures are used during packaging to prevent secondary contamination.
