Zhejiang Leizhen Mold was founded in Huangyan, Taizhou – renowned as China's "Hometown of Molds" – and has specialized in the PET injection molding mold industry for over a decade. Initially focusing on small bottle blank molds, the company has since expanded its product portfolio to include multi-chamber high-speed bottle blank molds, cap molds, cosmetic molds, float ball molds, and other comprehensive solutions, evolving into a professional mold manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and sales.
Our Factory
The factory is located in Changtang Industrial Zone, Huangyan, Taizhou, featuring a standard production workshop spanning over 1,000 square meters equipped with comprehensive CNC machining centers, electrical discharge machining (EDM) facilities, wire-cutting equipment, and polishing workshops. It provides end-to-end quality control throughout the entire process-from raw material intake to finished mold shipment-and offers customized mold development services for global clients.

PET Bottle Blank Molds
Available for mineral water bottles, oil bottles, cosmetic bottles, wide-mouth cans, and marine float bottles; multiple cavity configurations (8/18/24/48/64) selectable.
Cap Molds
Including mineral water caps, oil caps, cosmetic screw caps, and self-locking cap molds.
Other Molds
Valve molds, can molds, and 5-gallon bottle blank molds. Standard mold steels include S136, P20,718H, S636, and 4CR13H; customizations are available upon request.
